Dopo qualche minuto aggiungere la carne macinata. Quando non avrà più il colore rosso, aggiungere la passata di pomodoro. Salare. Mettere il coperchio e lasciare cuocere a fuoco lento per 2 ore circa, finché il sugo non si sarà rappreso.</span><br />
